My background blends engineering, analytics, and executive leadership. I’ve led FP&A and Strategy teams across industries, from cannabis to retail to finance; and hold degrees from PUC-Rio (Engineering) and McGill (MBA). But the turning point came when I realized that the next wave of leverage wouldn’t come from bigger teams — it would come from better systems.

I see complexity as something to deconstruct, optimize, and reimagine. Whether it’s a business model or an automation stack, I instinctively break things down into their core components and rebuild them into scalable, adaptive systems. That’s been the throughline of my work; building models and systems to automate processes and grow businesses.
